We could use the extra help!

PS My son, Jack and I will be there!!!

Spelling
This week is lesson 25. These words are a list of commonly misspelled third grade words. Some may be a repeat of a previous lesson. The homework is due Friday and the test is Friday. This week's homework will be to write the words 3x each in cursive. Also, make a word search using either www.puzzlemaker.com or pencil and paper. I will provide the graph paper.

Reading
We will continue with our magic unit. We are reviewing all our strategies we learned throughout the year. Look for information about a Magic Show to come home!!!

English
We will spend the week doing descriptive writing.

Science
We will finish up chapter 14 with how color and light are related.

Social Studies
We will finish up our economy unit with a test on Thursday. A study guide went home last week. It is in the social studies folder.

Math
We will finish longer multiplication this week. We will do a CYP on multiplication of 4 digits by 1 digit and 2 digits by 2 digits on Tuesday. There will not be a test on multiplication. The rest of the week, we will begin long division with remainders. Students will take their final mad minute this week. It is a division mix. Even though we are finished testing multiplication and division facts, it is still very important to keep practicing over the summer!!!
