Book orders were placed last week. They will come home with your child when they arrive. Thank you for your order.
Science
We will be taking a test on Wednesday on Ecosystems.
Social Studies
We will be finishing up chapter 9, Making Choices, this week. The chapter 9 test is scheduled for Tuesday, 2/3. A study guide will come home this week.

Spelling
L. 14 words are irregular past tense verbs. There will be a pretest on Monday and a test on Friday. The homework for this week are workbook pages 75-78. They are due on Thursday. Thursday's homework will be an ABC order sheet.
English
I decided to begin Adjectives last week. We will continue with adjectives as well as some expository writing.
Reading
We will finish up Stone Fox this week by finishing chapters 8-10. There will be a vocabulary quiz on Wednesday for chapter's 5-7 words and a quiz next Monday on 8-10's words.

Math
We will continue with our geometry unit. Students will learn about congruent and similar shapes, and slides, flips, and turns of shapes. We will be taking a checkpoint on Friday on p. 450-451.
This week we will be taking a mad minute on mix multiplication facts from x0-x12.
